Flotilla Organizations

Sail Together, Move as One

More than one

Some groups are simply too large for a single yacht.

Families, alumni groups, communities, corporate teams — when you grow beyond one boat, you don’t split.
You become a fleet.

This is where the Captain Pearl approach truly comes alive.

What is a Flotilla?

A flotilla is a coordinated fleet of multiple yachts sailing the same route.
Each boat has its own space and rhythm.
But the week is designed as a shared experience.

We lead the structure.
You enjoy the freedom within it.

How it works?

  • Each family or group has their own yacht

  • Catamarans are available for larger crews

  • Skippers can be arranged per yacht

  • A lead boat coordinates the route and daily plan

  • Shared anchorages, optional group dinners and activities

You sail independently — but you are never disconnected.

Captain Pearl Difference

A flotilla is not just “many boats.”
It requires:

  • Route choreography

  • Daily coordination

  • Weather awareness

  • Group rhythm management

  • Clear leadership on the water

We design the structure before the week begins —
and guide it while at sea.

Investment Overview

Flotilla budgets vary depending on fleet size and season.

As a general reference, per-person investment for a one-week flotilla in the Turkish Riviera typically starts from €1,300–1,800.

Final budgets depend on:

  • Number of yachts

  • Type (monohull or catamaran)

  • Crew preferences

  • Scale of coordination
